You will be required to supply 4 stagehands to assist the Technician for the duration set up and teardown. Approximately 3-4 hours.
You must make sure that the site has a cleared, no obstruction, full availability and easy access from the road where the stage will be placed; Length: 50', Width: 8' 6'' Height: 12'
The stage can be set up on a variety surfaces including grass and sand. In the case of grass please make sure the surface is firm by not watering a minimum of 48 hours prior to set up. In the case of sand, watered or saturated surfaces you are required to provide 12 4x8 sheets of ¾ plywood.
